Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Executive located in Kathmandu. The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing market plans, conducting market research, managing sales activities, and communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders. The role requires collaboration with various teams to devise strategies and drive marketing initiatives to support business growth.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Information Technology.
  • 1–3 years of experience in software sales or IT product marketing (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
  • Strong understanding of software products, digital platforms, and technology trends.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to travel for client meetings and events.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience in B2B software or SaaS sales.
  • Familiarity with social media marketing and lead generation tools.
  • Knowledge of local business markets and industries.
