Job Description

Job Purpose: To ensure the smooth operation by providing proper service to guests and performing the front desk activities, being the face of organisation.


Key Responsibility Area (KRA):

  • Serve as the face of the company, offering friendly service to those entering the building or calling in on the phone
  • Greet people entering the building, answering any questions, providing them directions, and alerting staff when someone is there to meet or visit them
  • Answer a multiple-line phone system, manage calls by routing them to the proper extensions or taking messages, and deliver them within our message system
  • Manage the building log of guests who is entering and exiting the building
  • Accept deliveries and mail, organize them to be distributed to the correct recipients using the office mailing system, and ensure they get to the recipient in a timely manner while also managing outgoing mail and packages for pickup
  • Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and free of clutter
  • Handle filing and data entry as requested
  • Supervise HK and the Kitchen Department
  • Check and Verify Office supplies
  • Coordinate and oversee all office maintenance to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's / Master's Degree in the Relevant Field
  • Minimum 3+ years
  • Good Communication Skills (English, Nepali, Hindi)
  • Proficiency in MS Office
