Job Description
Job Purpose: To ensure the smooth operation by providing proper service to guests and performing the front desk activities, being the face of organisation.
Key Responsibility Area (KRA):
- Serve as the face of the company, offering friendly service to those entering the building or calling in on the phone
- Greet people entering the building, answering any questions, providing them directions, and alerting staff when someone is there to meet or visit them
- Answer a multiple-line phone system, manage calls by routing them to the proper extensions or taking messages, and deliver them within our message system
- Manage the building log of guests who is entering and exiting the building
- Accept deliveries and mail, organize them to be distributed to the correct recipients using the office mailing system, and ensure they get to the recipient in a timely manner while also managing outgoing mail and packages for pickup
- Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and free of clutter
- Handle filing and data entry as requested
- Supervise HK and the Kitchen Department
- Check and Verify Office supplies
- Coordinate and oversee all office maintenance to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's / Master's Degree in the Relevant Field
- Minimum 3+ years
- Good Communication Skills (English, Nepali, Hindi)
- Proficiency in MS Office
