Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing and Social Media Specialist located in Kathmandu. The responsibilities include developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, and analyzing web and social media performance metrics. The role also involves creating and curating content, implementing online marketing strategies, and engaging with audiences to build a strong online presence.


Key Responsibilities:

Develop, plan, and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. 

 Manage and coordinate influencer (KOL) marketing initiatives, including planning for new and existing product models, in collaboration with agencies and tech bloggers. 

 Oversee website updates, e-commerce listings, digital banners, and promotional landing pages to ensure timely and accurate execution. 

 Coordinate marketing plans and asset requirements with the China Marketing Team to ensure brand and campaign alignment.

 Plan and manage digital campaigns, including content calendars, media plans, budgets, and performance tracking.

 Prepare detailed campaign calendars outlining focus models, target audience (TA), allocated budgets, expected outcomes, and performance metrics; evaluate campaign effectiveness and measure progress against objectives.

 Maintain effective communication with internal teams, creative agencies, influencers, and external partners to ensure smooth execution of campaigns. 

 Support product launches, campaign planning, and event coverage across digital platforms. 

 Coordinate closely with sales, marketing, and retail branding teams to ensure consistent messaging and execution. 

 Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, competitor activities, and platform insights to identify opportunities and risks.

 Conduct regular competitor benchmarking and comparative analysis to strengthen digital strategy and positioning.

 Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of digital marketing activities. 

 Work with the content creation team and explore effective content development mechanisms to enhance engagement and reach.

 Drive TikTok integration into the overall digital marketing strategy, including content formats, collaborations, and performance optimization.


Qualification and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree 

4 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.

Proven experience managing multi-platform campaigns and influencer marketing initiatives.

Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign performance tracking and reporting.

Knowledge of digital tools, analytics platforms, and e-commerce management systems.
