Job Description
We are looking for a creative, energetic, and result-oriented Content Creator & social media Handler to manage the company’s digital presence and produce engaging content for multiple platforms. The candidate will be responsible for developing creative marketing materials, handling social media pages, and promoting the manpower services effectively to attract clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality content including posters, reels, videos, captions, and promotional materials for social media platforms.
- Manage and regularly update company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Plan, schedule, and publish content consistently as per the company’s branding and marketing strategy.
- Develop creative ideas for manpower recruitment campaigns and overseas job vacancy promotions.
- Design digital creatives using tools like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar platforms.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally.
- Monitor social media performance and provide reports on engagement, reach, and campaign results.
- Coordinate with the recruitment and marketing team to promote job openings and company services.
- Stay updated with current social media trends and implement innovative strategies to improve visibility.
- Support paid promotional campaigns and boost posts when required.
Job Specification
- Minimum +2 Pass (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory).
Experience
- At least 1 year of experience in content creation, social media handling, or digital marketing (preferably in manpower or service-related industries).
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
- Excellent content writing skills in English and Nepali.
- Ability to create engaging graphics, videos, and short-form content.
- Proficiency in design and editing tools such as:
- Canva
- Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator
- Video editing apps (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.)
- Basic understanding of Facebook Ads and social media boosting is a plus.
- Strong creativity, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
