Your Role:

As our Email Marketing Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing email and SMS campaign execution from strategy to delivery. You’ll manage client communication, plan campaigns, review deliverables, and ensure flows and campaigns are executed accurately and on time. You’ll collaborate closely with Klaviyo Managers, Copywriters, and Designers to maintain quality and performance standards.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle client questions, communication, and reporting-related requests.
• Provide timely client updates and maintain professional communication.
• Plan campaigns and create structured campaign calendars.
• Delegate tasks effectively to Klaviyo Managers and oversee execution.
• Review email and SMS campaigns before scheduling.
• Conduct copy reviews to ensure clarity, tone, and alignment.
• Create and refine flow structures and strategies.
• Review flow copy and ensure accurate setup in Klaviyo.
• Monitor reporting and campaign performance metrics.
• Ensure all campaigns and flows are delivered on time and to standard.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in email marketing or project management (agency preferred).
• Strong understanding of email flows, campaigns, segmentation, and reporting.
• Experience working with Klaviyo or similar ESP platforms.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts.
• Attention to detail and ability to review copy, setup, and reporting accurately.
• Proactive mindset with ownership and accountability.
