Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing Officer to oversee and execute the company’s digital marketing strategy across multiple channels. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the overall marketing function and hands-on expertise in Meta Ads, content creation, campaign planning, SEO, email marketing, and performance analytics. This role requires both strategic thinking and execution excellence to drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Define campaign goals, KPIs, budgets, and timelines.
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Create, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing.
  • Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
  • Track and report campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Develop engaging and conversion-focused content for social media, websites, blogs, and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with designers and other stakeholders to produce high-quality visual and written content.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
  • Develop and maintain a structured monthly content calendar.
  • Schedule and manage posts across all relevant social media platforms.
  • Monitor community engagement and respond to inquiries/messages professionally.
  • Track social media trends and implement growth strategies.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
  • Optimize website content for on-page and off-page SEO.
  • Improve website rankings and organic traffic through technical and content-based SEO strategies.
  • Monitor performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console.
  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and automation flows.
  • Segment audiences and personalize messaging for higher engagement.
  • Track email performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversions).
  • Generate regular performance reports across all digital channels.
  • Interpret data to inform strategy and optimize marketing spend.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to management.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices.
  • Experience with email marketing tools and CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
