Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Kathmandu for a Digital Marketing Manager. The responsibilities of this position include overseeing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing social media campaigns, driving lead generation efforts, analyzing web traffic and data, and implementing improvements to optimize overall digital performance. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and ensuring the success of various campaigns.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing, with experience in planning and executing campaigns
  • Strong background in Lead Generation and Marketing to drive traffic and grow customer base
  • Ability to utilize Web Analytics and data-driven insights for optimizing digital marketing strategies
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and team collaboration skills
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and paid advertising channels is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required
  • Experience in the digital marketing field for a minimum of 3 years is an advantage
