Job Summary: 

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, expanding strategic accounts, deepening client relationships, and strengthening the company’s position as a trusted cybersecurity services provider.

This role requires strong B2B sales capabilities, an understanding of cybersecurity solutions, and the ability to engage senior decision-makers across enterprises, banks, fintechs, and government institutions.

 Key Responsibilities: 

 Revenue and Target Ownership

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the cybersecurity sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and demos.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to present tailored cybersecurity solutions.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote services.

Market Intelligence & Positioning

  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps.
  • Provide actionable insights to leadership for strategy and positioning improvements.
  • Track sales activities and performance metrics using CRM tools.

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, and Risk & Compliance Heads.
  • Maintain high client retention and renewal rates.
  • Translate client insights into actionable recommendations for internal teams.

 Qualifications & Skills: 

  • Master's degree in business, Marketing, IT, or related field. 
  • 4–5 years of overall experience in business development or sales including a minimum of 2 years in IT Sector.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and industry trends. 
  • Proven ability in team building and cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. 
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills. 
  • Proficient in CRM tools and sales analytics
