The company works across diverse areas, including rice and potato cultivation, agricultural machinery for community use, sustainable fertilizer production, soil and crop health monitoring, and agricultural mapping. SnF collaborates closely with local communities, operating projects that support smallholder farmers, offer premium buy-back guarantees, and establish fair-priced offline stores. By forming strategic partnerships, SnF seeks to amplify its impact on sustainable agriculture, food security, and farmer empowerment, fostering a brighter and more equitable future in the agricultural sector.


Role Description

The Marketing Associate at SnF will manage and execute marketing activities to promote sustainable agricultural initiatives and engage stakeholders. Responsibilities include conducting market research, creating content, running marketing campaigns, coordinating sales efforts, and collaborating with project teams to highlight SnF’s social impact. This is a full-time on-site role based in Kathmandu.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote SnF’s services, programs, and agricultural initiatives.
  • Prepare marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, digital assets, and promotional content.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather information and develop targeted campaigns.
  • Manage and update the company's marketing channels, including website and social media platforms.
  • Support market research activities and provide insights on industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
  • Assist in organizing promotional events, field demonstrations, and outreach programs.


Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability in market research, data analysis, and identifying new opportunities to enhance marketing strategies.
  • Experience in sales and marketing to promote products, engage customers, and achieve business growth.
  • Proficiency in project management to plan, execute, and oversee marketing and community engagement initiatives.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to work in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Knowledge of the agricultural industry is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
