Job Description
About Pick & Drop

Pick & Drop is a pioneering last-mile logistics company spreading happiness across Nepal through reliable, efficient, and customer-centered delivery services.

We connect thousands of e-commerce and social-commerce businesses with their customers — making it easier for people to send and receive products anywhere in Nepal.

Role Overview

Pick & Drop is looking for a high‑ownership Sales Manager who can personally drive B2B sales in the field while building a structured, scalable sales engine. This role is responsible for acquiring new clients, strengthening existing client relationships, leading field sales associates, and continuously feeding market insights back into the company.

This is not a desk-based role. You are expected to be in the market—meeting sellers, brands, and partners—understanding their pain points and converting those insights into revenue and growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities1. Client Acquisition & Revenue Growth
  • Design and execute monthly and quarterly client acquisition plans by segment and geography.
  • Generate qualified leads through field visits, referrals, partnerships, and targeted outreach.
  • Own the full B2B sales cycle: discovery, solution design, pricing, negotiation, closing, and onboarding handover.
  • Improve conversion rates by sharpening qualification, value proposition, and proposal quality.
2. Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with e-commerce sellers, social-commerce businesses, brands, and platforms.
  • Conduct structured check-ins with key accounts to identify service issues and growth opportunities.
3. Market Research & Field Insights
  • Systematically collect market intelligence during client meetings: competitor pricing, service gaps, emerging needs, and buying behavior.
  • Translate field insights into clear, actionable recommendations for operations, technology, and marketing teams.
  • Act as the voice of the customer inside the organization.
4. Sales Team Leadership
  • Recruit, onboard, coach, and manage field sales associates.
  • Set clear weekly activity targets: client visits, demos, proposals, and closures.
  • Run weekly sales reviews focused on pipeline health, learnings from the field, and objection handling.
  • Build a culture of accountability, follow-up discipline, and continuous improvement.
5. CRM & Sales Operations
  • Ensure 100% adoption of CRM for leads, meetings, follow-ups, deal stages, and outcomes.
  • Maintain a clean and accurate sales pipeline and forecast.
  • Develop sales playbooks, scripts, pitch usage guidelines, and standard proposal templates.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with marketing on lead-generation campaigns, referral programs, and partner initiatives.
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth client onboarding and realistic service commitments.

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree in Management, Marketing, or related field is strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development (logistics, e-commerce, SaaS, retails, payments, or distribution preferred).
  • Proven ability to close deals and consistently achieve targets.
  • Strong field sales capabilities: discovery, negotiation, objection handling, and relationship building.
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools and structured pipeline management.
  • Excellent communication skills in Nepali and professional English.
  • Valid two-wheeler license due to field nature of the role.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience selling to SMEs or e-commerce sellers.
  • Prior experience leading or mentoring a sales team.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret funnel metrics and pricing data.
