Job Overview

The Pace Infosys is looking to recruit a proactive and results-driven Software Sales Officer to support the growth of our software solutions, particularly HRMS (Human Resource Management System) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) products. The role involves identifying business opportunities, meeting potential clients, presenting suitable software solutions, and converting leads into long-term clients. The successful candidate should be comfortable engaging with corporate clients and able to understand how technology can improve business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients across different industries for HRMS and CRM software solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Arrange meetings with decision-makers to understand their organisational needs and challenges.
  • Present and demonstrate the company’s software solutions in a clear and professional manner.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-up communications with potential clients.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and support the closing of sales agreements.
  • Coordinate with the technical and implementation teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients to build long-term relationships and identify opportunities for additional services or modules.
  • Keep updated records of sales activities, client meetings, and business opportunities.
  • Provide regular sales updates and market feedback to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in sales, preferably in software, IT solutions, or business services.
  • Good understanding of business processes and how software solutions can improve operational efficiency.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build professional relationships with corporate clients.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Basic knowledge of HRMS, CRM, ERP, or similar enterprise software will be an advantage.
