Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role for easter region of nepal (Itahari,biratnagar, damak, biryamode) the Sales Representative will be responsible for engaging with existing and potential clients to understand their needs, promoting SMTECH TECHNOLOGY's product offerings, and achieving sales targets. Key tasks include identifying and generating leads, presenting customized solutions, building client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. Monitoring market trends, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client expectations are integral parts of the role.


Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and professional customer engagement techniques
  • Knowledge of software solutions, such as POS systems, accounting, and inventory management software, is a plus
  • Ability to analyze industry trends and craft tailored presentations to meet client needs
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior sales experience in software or technology solutions is a strong advantage
