Overview
We are seeking a highly creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist with a proven track record in brand management, influencer marketing, digital campaign management, and integrated brand communication. This role requires strong creative development skills, deep understanding of social and digital ecosystems, and the ability to translate insights into impactful marketing strategies that drive both brand visibility and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Development & Campaign Execution
- Translate consumer insights into creative ideas and marketing initiatives that resonate with the target audience.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external creative agencies to develop compelling brand campaign concepts and assets.
- Oversee the creation of best‑in‑class content for media (digital, print, outdoor, etc.) and in-store visibility in partnership with the Customer Marketing (CM).
- Lead end-to-end on-ground activations & sampling initiatives to drive brand growth.
- Develop and manage influencer marketing strategies, from identifying the right creators to executing performance-driven collaborations.
- Lead end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, including brief development, conceptualization with creative agencies, and full execution with platforms & media/ activation partners.
- Optimize campaigns across social media and e-commerce platforms to maximize visibility, engagement, and conversions.
- Monitor influencer performance, ROI, and campaign effectiveness across digital touchpoints.
- Support sales planning by aligning marketing initiatives with commercial priorities & competitive action.
- Conduct pricing analysis, pack-price planning, consumer promotions and business case development for new launches or promotional activities.
- Drive brand visibility and in-store sales by collaborating cross-functionally to deliver high-impact visibility materials.
- Perform competition analysis, market benchmarking, and trend tracking to refine marketing strategies.
- Use performance metrics and insights to improve future campaigns and develop data-backed recommendations.
- Regularly review digital performance dashboards to ensure KPIs and campaign objectives are met.
- Proven experience in brand management, influencer marketing, digital marketing, or integrated campaign management.
- Strong creativity with the ability to conceptualize and bring unique campaign ideas to life.
- Hands-on experience managing agencies, content creators, and external partners.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, digital media trends, and performance marketing principles.
- Strong analytical skills for pricing analysis, sales planning, and business case development.
- Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- 5 + Years’ work experience in marketing with respective to above responsibilities and requirements.
