Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a DSR - Modern Trade/General Trade FMCG based in Kathmandu. The primary responsibilities include managing and growing sales within modern trade and general trade channels. The DSR will focus on increasing product availability, building strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and trade partners, implementing marketing promotions, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the role involves monitoring market trends, gathering customer feedback, and identifying potential business opportunities to drive growth in the FMCG sector.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sales and marketing principles, including FMCG product marketing and trade promotions
- Strong skills in relationship management, communication, and customer service excellence
- Experience in distribution handling, inventory management, and supply chain coordination
- Proven ability to analyze market data, monitor trends, and identify new business opportunities
- Familiarity with Kathmandu's retail and wholesale markets is an advantage
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Two wheeler mandatory
