Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site PMT Officer role based in Kathmandu. The PMT Officer will manage product marketing activities and provide support for product development and formulation. Responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, preparing product documents, and ensuring products meet quality standards. The role involves collaboration with various departments to develop effective marketing strategies and meet company goals, along with providing technical information to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of product marketing strategies, including market research and competitor analysis
- Skills in product development, including creating and managing product formulations
- Proficiency in preparing and reviewing technical documents, reports, and marketing materials
- Understanding of regulatory guidelines and quality standards in manufacturing environments
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency in computer applications and software relevant to marketing and production management
- A bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field is required
- Experience in injectable or sterile manufacturing is an advantage
- Familiarity with healthcare and pharmaceutical industry trends is a plus
