Job Description

Job Purpose: To Deliver the quality product and Carry out all Installation and Maintenance work related to the Kegerators, Refrigerators and Chilling Unit.

Key Responsibility Area (KRA):

Ensure the safe delivery of the Machine as well as product to the defined Location.
Installation of Kegerators / Beer Keg / Beer Tower / Co2 Cylinder /Compressor /Stabilizer /Refrigerators /Chilled Room in our business outlets, Distributors and Dealers.
Ensure the zero leakage of product and maintain the quality parameters Co2 pressure, Beer Temperature as per product requirements to eliminate the Foaming Issue as well as Beer wastage.
CIP (Cleaning in Place) – Clean the interior surfaces of all accessories of Kegerators like Coupling unit, Dispensing Head/Tap, Regulators, Gas pipes, Beer Pipeline etc and safe disposal of one time Used Accessories.
Ensure the zero gas leakages from CO2 Cylinder, Valves, Safety device, Regulator & Gas pipeline.
Quick response to all major machinery breakdown of Kegerator in our business outlets, Distributors and Dealers.
Troubleshoot the issue and carryout the maintenance of Chilling unit (Compressor, Evaporator, Control Card, temp. Controller etc.) of Kegerator, Refrigerators and Chilled room whenever required.
Identify potential Consumers/Dealers/Business Outlet requirements and plan for different Schemes.
Identify the requirements of spare parts and change parts.
Identify the requirements of periodic maintenance and fulfilling technical requirements accordingly.
Record keeping the kegerator location along with their status, and maintain their history card.
Responsible for the Sales and Marketing of the Institutional Sales / Outlet Visit on Daily Basis and identifying the potential outlet for the Beer Kegs.
Maintain communication with our business outlets, Distributors and Dealers and help troubleshoot the problem and provide assistance to sort out any breakdown in kegerators.
Training and developing the manpower in our business outlets, Distributors and Dealers for better smoothening the service.
