This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Content Creator based in Kathmandu. Some work from home is acceptable for this position. The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for developing, curating, and managing content for various social media platforms. Tasks include creating compelling posts, planning and executing social media campaigns, engaging with the online community, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with the marketing team to maintain consistent branding across platforms.

Qualifications

Proficiency in social media content creation, including image, video, and text-based posts
Strong skills in social media strategy, including experience in developing and implementing effective campaigns
Knowledge of social media analytics tools, with the ability to interpret data to optimize performance
Understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, online trends, and audience engagement
Experience with graphic design tools, such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
Ability to work in a hybrid setup, demonstrating both self-motivation and ability to collaborate with a team
Experience in video editing or knowledge of multimedia tools is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or a related field
