Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and growth-oriented Counselor to drive business development and oversee operations for our IT Training Institute. The role involves building and nurturing corporate partnerships, expanding educational collaborations, managing daily classroom operations, recruiting qualified IT trainers, and guiding prospective students through the enrollment process
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals and objectives
- Identify and target new trainees and business opportunities to increase revenue and profitability
- Develop marketing strategies and tactics to promote our IT training programs and services
- Build and maintain relationships with students, clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with the training team to ensure high-quality training delivery and course materials
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback to make informed business decisions
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Manage the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, and ensure sales targets are met
- Develop and maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipelines
- Attend networking events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the institute and develop new business opportunities
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies

Shift Time:
- 06:30 AM - 02:30 PM

Education + Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, preferably in the education and learning sector.
