Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents about study abroad options, universities, and visa processes
Provide accurate information on admissions, scholarships, documentation & SOP guidance
Handle inquiries, follow-ups, and convert leads into enrollments
Support marketing campaigns, school visits, and seminars
Coordinate education fairs, orientations, and events
Maintain CRM/database and student records
Collaborate with marketing & branding team for promotions
