Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinic Manager based in Kathmandu. The Clinic Manager will oversee day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring optimal customer service, managing budgets, supervising staff, and implementing training programs. The role also involves collaborating with medical professionals to maintain high-quality care and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience in healthcare management or supervisory roles
- Strong Customer Service skills to ensure patient satisfaction and manage a welcoming clinic environment
- Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management to optimize clinic operations and resources
- Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with patients, staff, and medical professionals
- Knowledge of Medicine to coordinate effectively with healthcare providers and maintain compliance
- Experience with Training staff to maintain high service standards and streamline operations
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle administrative tasks and ensure smooth clinic operations
