This is a full-time, on-site role in Kathmandu for a Registered Nurse. The Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care, monitor and assess patients' health status, administer medications, and assist in medical procedures as needed. The role also involves educating patients about their treatments, maintaining medical records, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care and recovery. Additionally, the nurse will uphold infection control standards and adhere to hospital protocols.
- Strong clinical skills, including patient assessment, administering treatments, and monitoring patient progress
- Knowledge of infection control practices and adherence to strict hygiene and safety standards
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to educate patients and collaborate with a healthcare team
- Proficiency in maintaining detailed and accurate medical records and documentation
- A caring and empathetic approach to patient care with the ability to handle stressful situations
- Valid state nursing license (or equivalent) and professional certifications as required
- Previous experience in aesthetics, surgery, or multispecialty healthcare is a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (or equivalent qualification)
