Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Executive located in Kathmandu. The Sales Marketing Executive will be responsible for conducting market research, developing marketing plans, and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies. Key responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, promoting resort services, and achieving sales targets. The role will also involve coordinating marketing campaigns and working closely with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.

Qualifications

Experience in Market Planning and Market Research to analyze trends and develop effective strategies
Proven Sales and Marketing skills with the ability to drive business growth
Strong Communication skills to build relationships with clients and collaborate with team members
Proficiency in creating marketing campaigns and promotional materials
Organizational and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth execution of plans
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field
Experience in the hospitality or luxury travel sector is a strong advantage
