Job Description
Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in sales and marketing( door to door).
We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Officer for B2B Hospitality Nepal. Our organization is a leading player in the Distribution Companies / Wholesale industry, and we are seeking a mid-level candidate to assist us in expanding our market reach and driving sales. This position requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication and marketing skills, who is willing to take up field visits and explore new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Regular field visits to promote and distribute products to clients in the hospitality sector.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and brand awareness.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer needs and preferences.
- Plan and organize promotional events and campaigns to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
- Identify and establish relationships with potential clients and maintain existing client relationships.
- Prepare and present sales reports and analysis to the management team.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales techniques and achieve sales targets.
Other Specification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the Distribution Companies / Wholesale industry.
- Proficiency in MS Excel for reporting and data analysis.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness and ability to conduct frequent field visits.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
