Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Associate, located in Kathmandu. The Front Desk Associate will handle receptionist duties, including welcoming visitors, managing phone calls with proper etiquette, and ensuring excellent customer service. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining orderly documentation, providing information to clients, scheduling appointments, and supporting the administrative team with basic computer-based tasks.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and handling Receptionist Duties
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and visitors
  • Basic Computer Literacy, including familiarity with office software and data entry
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer-facing role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training or certifications may be advantageous
