F&B Intern – Hotel Anuttara, Boudha


Role Summary Hotel Anuttara is seeking a dynamic and service-oriented F&B Intern to join our dining and events team. This role offers hands-on exposure to the heart of hospitality—managing the guest dining experience, fine-tuning service standards, and supporting banquet operations.

Success in this position means delivering seamless service, maintaining high hygiene standards, and ensuring every guest leaves with a positive taste of our hospitality.


Key Responsibilities


  • Guest Service: Assist in greeting guests, taking orders, and providing professional table service in our restaurant and lounge.
  • Operational Support: Help with the setup and breakdown of dining areas, ensuring tables are polished and menus are up to date.
  • Banquet & Events: Support the execution of corporate meetings, weddings, and private parties hosted at the hotel.
  • Product Knowledge: Learn the menu in detail (ingredients, allergens, and pairings) to provide confident recommendations to guests.
  • Inter-departmental Coordination: Work closely with the Kitchen and Front Office teams to ensure timely food delivery and guest satisfaction.
  • Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols.


Qualifications & Skills


  • Education: Minimum +2 / High School graduate (Current BHM or Hospitality students preferred).
  • Communication: Strong verbal communication and a friendly, approachable demeanour.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stay active and on your feet for extended periods.
  • Attitude: Confident, well-groomed, and a genuine passion for the culinary arts and service.
  • Adaptability: Eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment and handle peak dining hours with a smile.
