This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kathmandu for a Service Engineer. The Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to dental equipment, performing maintenance and repair tasks, and providing technical support. The role involves field service visits to clients for equipment installation, calibration, and servicing. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential to ensure high-quality support and customer satisfaction.
- Proficient in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support for dental equipment
- Experience in Field Service operations, including equipment installation and calibration
- Skilled in Maintenance & Repair tasks, ensuring optimal functionality of equipment
- Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in an on-site work environment
- Technical diploma or degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical)
- Prior experience in the dental or medical equipment industry is an advantage
