Role Overview

We are hiring a results-driven Sales Coordinator to manage lead flow, client follow-ups, and sales process coordination. This role supports the sales team by ensuring every inquiry is tracked, every client is guided properly, and every deal moves smoothly toward closing. The position also handles sales data management and supports marketing activities on social media.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management & Sales Support

  • Receive, track, and organize incoming leads from all sources
  • Ensure timely follow-ups with prospects and existing clients
  • Schedule client meetings, site visits, and surveys
  • Coordinate communication between clients, sales agents, and management
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline records

Client & Process Coordination

  • Guide clients through the sales process step-by-step
  • Prepare and manage documentation required for transactions
  • Monitor deal progress and ensure timely completion
  • Support closing activities and post-sale coordination

Data & Reporting

  • Maintain updated sales databases and CRM records
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
  • Ensure proper documentation and record closure
  • Track performance metrics for leads and conversions

Marketing & Social Media Support

  • Assist in posting and managing property listings on social media
  • Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns and promotions
  • Respond to online inquiries and route them to sales team

Internal Coordination

  • Work closely with Sales Manager and sales team to achieve targets
  • Coordinate with administration for documentation and process flow
  • Support reporting and operational tasks as required

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in sales coordination, customer service, or real estate operations preferred
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems and data management
  • Comfortable handling multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Social media handling skills are an advantage
