Position: International Coding Educator

Location: Remote (Nepal)

Timings: Candidates must be available to work in US time zone (EST)

Role Overview:

As an International Coding Educator, you will deliver engaging online coding classes to students aged 5–18. Your teaching will cover both block-based and text-based programming, enabling students to build apps, websites, games, software, AI projects, and robotics solutions.

You will adapt your teaching style to match the learning patterns of different age groups, ensuring a fun, inspiring, and outcome-driven learning experience.

This role demands not only technical expertise but also a WOW factor in teaching – the ability to transform learning into a journey of curiosity, creativity, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality, interactive online coding sessions to students globally.
Teach both block-based coding (Scratch, Blockly, MIT App Inventor) and text-based programming (Python, JavaScript, C++, Java, etc.).
Design curriculum-aligned projects in:
App Development
Web Development
Game Development
Software Development
AI & Machine Learning
Robotics
Foster a student-centric learning environment that encourages problem-solving, creativity, and innovation.
Adapt teaching methodologies based on age group (5–18 years) and student learning patterns.
Incorporate storytelling, real-world examples, and project-based learning to inspire students.
Track student progress, provide constructive feedback, and personalize learning paths.
Design, improve, and maintain coding curricula, lesson plans, project tracks, and learning pathways.
Align content with global education standards, industry relevance, and age-appropriate learning frameworks.
Create a positive, engaging, and motivating learning experience with a WOW factor.

Qualifications & Skills

2+ years of teaching experience in coding/programming to school or college students.
Strong command of both block-based and text-based programming.
Expertise in at least 3 of the following domains: App Development, Web Development, Game Development, Software Development, AI, Robotics.
Familiarity with educational tools, coding platforms, and online teaching technologies (Zoom, Google Classroom, Scratch, Replit, etc.).
Deep understanding of child & adolescent learning psychology.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and engagement skills.
Passionate about inspiring young minds and nurturing innovation.
