Role SummaryArksh Group is seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales Officer – FMCG (Biscuits & Chocolates) to oversee sales operations in Gandaki and Bagmati Provinces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding market presence, managing distributor networks, increasing product visibility, and achieving regional sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for biscuits and chocolate products in assigned territories
- Appoint, manage, and monitor distributors and sub-distributors
- Ensure strong market coverage across retail outlets, wholesalers, and modern trade channels
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor stock levels, competitor activities, and product visibility
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors
- Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution networks
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain accurate sales records
- Coordinate with marketing teams for promotional campaigns and product launches
- Prepare regular sales reports and territory performance analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in FMCG sales
- Strong knowledge of Gandaki and Bagmati markets
- Experience in channel sales and distributor management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and reporting skills
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Ability to travel frequently within assigned regions
- Valid driving license (two-wheeler preferred)
