Role Description

We are looking for an IT Support Intern to join our team in Kathmandu. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will assist in providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, maintaining and managing desktop computers, and responding to help desk requests. You will also contribute to identifying and solving IT-related problems while supporting our information technology infrastructure.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting software and hardware issues
Practical knowledge of Desktop Computers and Information Technology systems
Strong skills in providing Help Desk Support, including excellent communication and customer service
Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to fast-paced changes in technology
Pursuing or completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Previous internship or hands-on experience in IT support is an advantage
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning new technologies
