Job Description

A5 Sync is a remote-first tech startup building AI-powered solutions that help IT teams simplify complex workflows. As we grow, we’re looking for a people-first HR Generalist to support our engineers, strengthen our culture, and manage end-to-end HR operations.

This role goes beyond traditional HR. You’ll be a daily support system for the team—listening, gathering feedback, supporting hiring, and helping leadership build a fair and healthy remote work environment.


General Responsibilites:

 

  • Regular check-ins with engineers to understand challenges and feedback
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for people-related concerns
  • Collect and communicate feedback to leadership
  • Manage hiring: job postings, resume screening, interview coordination
  • Handle onboarding, offboarding, and basic HR operations
  • Support performance reviews and culture initiatives


What we're looking for:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Management, or related field
  • Experience in HR, People Operations, or Recruitment
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Comfortable working with remote tech teams
  • High empathy, professionalism, and ownership mindset


Location & Eligibility:

 

  • Remote (Nepal only)
  • Nepali candidates preferred
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Nepal
