As we expand, we’re looking for a motivated Business Development Intern who is passionate about creativity, people and growth.
The Business Development Intern will support the growth of Coatgenix by identifying new opportunities, connecting with potential clients, and helping convert leads into satisfied customers.
This role is ideal for someone who wants real startup exposure and hands-on experience in sales, marketing and creative business operations.
- Identify and reach out to potential customers, corporate clients, and collaboration partners
- Assist in developing and executing growth strategies
- Support sales of custom paintings, art products and creative services
- Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Track leads, inquiries and conversions using basic sales tools
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations and presentations
- Research market trends, competitors and customer preferences
- Support social media outreach, campaigns and promotional activities
- Participate in exhibitions, events or offline marketing when required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in art, creativity, branding or design-related businesses
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented and eager to learn
- Comfortable speaking with clients and building relationships
- Basic understanding of marketing or sales is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or ongoing) or equivalent experience
- Freshers and students are highly encouraged to apply
- Prior experience in sales, marketing or creative fields is plus but not required
- Real-world experience in a creative startup environment
- Hands-on exposure to sales, marketing, and client management
- Opportunity to work closely with the founding team
