Description

We’re looking for a proactive Legal Counsel to support our operations across up to three countries in the region. This role involves providing legal advice on a wide range of matters - from commercial contracts and civil law to marketing, fintech, and digital regulation - ensuring compliance and helping build efficient, business-oriented solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Provide legal support for operations in up to three countries.
Advise on civil, commercial, consumer, marketing/advertising, and digital law matters.
Review contracts and policies, and assist in claims resolution.
Monitor upcoming regulations and prepare legal analysis.
Ensure compliance with local laws and internal standards.
Support marketing and media campaigns with legal review.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on regional and global projects.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

2+ years of experience as an in-house counsel or in a law firm supporting IT or tech companies.
Experience in civil, commercial, consumer, and media/advertising law.
Familiarity with fintech and digital platforms regulation is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Proficiency in English (C1–C2 or equivalent); local language proficiency required.
Experience in international environments is a plus.
