Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Dispatch Officer located in Tandi. The Dispatch Officer will be responsible for overseeing the packaging, storage, and timely dispatch of finished goods. Core responsibilities will include accurately tracking inventory and stock levels, coordinating with logistics and transportation teams, ensuring efficient delivery to clients while adhering to company timelines, and maintaining proper records and compliance documentation. The role will also involve supervising a team to ensure smooth daily dispatch operations and executing policies set by the management to streamline the supply chain process.

Qualifications

Strong organizational, time-management, and coordination skills for managing dispatch schedules and ensuring project delivery on time.
Proficiency in logistics and inventory management systems to effectively keep track of and manage stock levels.
Knowledge of shipping and warehousing protocols, as well as the ability to ensure safety and compliance standards are met.
Effective communication and problem-solving skills to liaise with stakeholders such as transportation teams and warehouse staff.
Attention to detail and ability to create and maintain accurate records and documentation.
Prior experience in warehousing, supply chain, or logistics is an added advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
