This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will actively engage with potential customers, identify their needs, and match them with the appropriate solutions. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, conducting sales presentations, delivering product training when required, and achieving sales targets while strategizing new opportunities for growth within the market.
- Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management, including handling inquiries, negotiating deals, and meeting sales goals
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to provide training and educate clients about products and services
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work remotely and independently
- Previous experience in business development or IT-related services is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
