The Mission:
You will be the architect of social strategy for a diverse portfolio of clients (from established brands to exciting startups). Your core mission is to develop and execute data-backed social strategies that drive tangible ROI—whether that's leads, sales, or market leadership.
What You'll Do:
- Strategy First: Develop comprehensive, data-informed social media strategies that align with client business objectives (think: lead generation, not just engagement).
- Content with Purpose: Create, curate, and manage a high-quality, omnichannel content calendar (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook) that tells a compelling brand story and drives action.
- Content Creation: Create high-quality content (reels, carousels, static posts, captions)
- Data is Your Compass: Go beyond surface-level metrics. You'll analyze campaign performance to understand the why behind the numbers and present insightful reports with clear recommendations for optimization.
- Leverage AI as Your Creative Co-Pilot: Use AI tools to brainstorm creative concepts, generate copy variations, analyze top-performing content in the market, and streamline your workflow.
- Community as a Growth Lever: Foster meaningful two-way conversations, turning followers into brand advocates and customers. Engage with comments, DMs, and community when required
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: You'll be our internal guru on the latest platform updates, trends, and technologies in the social landscape.
You're the Perfect Fit If You Have:
- 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in an agency setting, where you've juggled multiple clients.
- A portfolio of real-world results you can walk us through. (Show us a campaign you're proud of and tell us the business impact).
- Mastery of major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest) and their respective best practices—both organic and paid.
- Demonstrable experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Later, etc.).
- A test-and-learn mindset. You're hypothesis-driven and use data to validate your creative decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills – you can clearly articulate your strategic thinking to clients and internal teams.
- Bonus Points: Experience with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite), basic video editing, or copywriting.
