Job Description
We are looking for a skilled marketing specialist to execute and adapt marketing initiatives for the Nepal market. In this role, you will focus on launching and managing local campaigns, ensuring they resonate with the audience and deliver strong results.
We need someone who understands local consumer behavior, knows how to leverage the right channels, and can bring creative marketing ideas to reality. Strong knowledge of the Nepal market and fluency in the language are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Work with marketing HQ team to map out the tasks needed to implement our strategy;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: production, SMM, CRM, creative;
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the company, its products, and its client base to implement effective marketing campaigns;
- Manage and supervise marketing projects from beginning to end;
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 3+ year relevant experience with different scope of projects in the marketing field;
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills;
- Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills;
- Experience working in the agency would be a great advantage.
