Job Description
- Monitor the performance of the authorized dealer network by tracking key metrics such as workshop productivity, bay utilization, and service absorption rates.
- Conduct regular on site visits to outstation dealer service centers to audit workshop standards, infrastructure, and adherence to Isuzu’s operational guidelines.
- Provide expert technical solutions and troubleshooting guidance for complex mechanical or electrical failures that dealer-level technicians cannot resolve.
- Review service station performance through periodic audits, ensuring that dealers maintain the required inventory of specialized tools and Isuzu Diagnostic Service Systems.
- Supervise the implementation of Isuzu Service Standards across all network points to ensure a uniform customer experience regardless of location.
- Monitor the Express Maintenance capability of outstation dealers to ensure they can meet the uptime requirements of commercial fleet customers.
- Act as a technical bridge between the distributor and the dealer network, communicating product updates, service bulletins, and factory recalls.
- Validate warranty claims and service procedures during field visits to prevent financial leakages and ensure compliance with manufacturer policies.
- Assess technician skill levels at dealer points and recommend specific training modules to bridge technical knowledge gaps.
- Evaluate the quality of repairs at service stations to minimize the "Repeat Repair" rate and ensure a "Fix It Right the First Time" approach.
- Review customer satisfaction levels for each assigned dealer and assist in resolving high-level grievances from local fleet operators.
- Ensure the availability and proper storage of genuine Isuzu spare parts at outstation service centers to prevent delays in vehicle servicing.
