The Role
We’re looking for someone who can think strategically, write persuasively, and communicate clearly with both internal teams and external clients. This role sits at the intersection of campaign execution, brand messaging, and client success.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft compelling, clear, and conversion-focused copy for websites, email campaigns, landing pages, advertisements, blog articles, and social media platforms.
- Take the lead in managing client communications, understanding their business goals, and aligning marketing efforts with measurable outcomes.
- Plan, execute, and monitor performance-driven digital campaigns across SEO, paid search, social media, and email marketing.
- Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and content creators to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Translate complex data into client-friendly insights and regularly report on campaign performance.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and keyword research to optimize marketing strategies and content direction.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, platform changes, and emerging tools to ensure our clients remain ahead of the curve.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency or fast-paced startup environment (Events, Artist Management, SaaS Products)
- Strong copywriting skills with an eye for storytelling, brand tone, and persuasive messaging.
- Experience in campaigns build up an execution
- Proven ability to manage clients effectively—building relationships, handling feedback, and maintaining regular communication.
- Experience with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Semrush, or HubSpot.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Understanding of performance metrics, conversion optimization, and basic funnel strategies.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and workflows.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify.
- Knowledge of graphic design principles or collaboration with design teams.
