Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Country Director at Global Youth Parliament located in Kathmandu. The Country Director will be responsible for leading and managing youth empowerment programs, developing partnerships, advocating for youth rights, and overseeing the organization's operations in the country.
Qualifications
- Leadership, Management, and Advocacy skills
- Experience in program development and partnership building
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of youth empowerment and development issues
- Fluency in English and local languages
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in International Development, Youth Studies, or related field
