Job Description

  • Human Resources Operations:

Process and coordinate employee insurance claims, ensuring timely submission and follow-up with insurance providers.

Prepare and issue HR documents including HR related letters

Maintain and update the attendance and leave management system; address discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies.

Prepare and submit accurate monthly attendance reports to Payroll Management

Maintain a secure and well-organized filing system for employee records (both physical and digital).

Review and verify HR-related bills submitted by staff or external vendors

Organize and facilitate employee engagement programs such as birthday celebrations, office events, and team-building activities.

Maintain updated knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices to ensure compliance.
