Job Description
SUMMARY
The Business Development Officer is responsible for driving student admissions and institutional partnerships for KFA Business School. This includes promoting and increasing enrollment for the BBA, BHM, and BCSIT programs through various outreach, marketing, and lead conversion strategies. The role requires an energetic, target-driven professional who can represent the institution effectively in the academic and professional community.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
Related Work Experience:
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or student enrollment in the education sector.
2. Experience in handling higher education marketing or admissions preferred.

Formal Education or Equivalent:
1. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Marketing, Management, or a related field preferred.

Skills:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and digital communication platforms.
Ability to meet admission targets and convert leads effectively.
Strong organizational and reporting abilities.

Other
Positive attitude, teamwork, and strong work ethics.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends during peak admission periods.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Generation and Follow-up (40%)
- Generate leads through school visits, education fairs, social media, and referrals.
- Follow up on inquiries and applications to convert them into enrollments.
- Maintain and update lead data in the CRM system.

Outreach and Promotion (30%)
- Represent KFA Business School in events, expos, and presentations.
- Build and maintain relationships with counselors, school administrators, and partner institutions.
- Support content development and promotional campaigns for BBA, BHM, and BCSIT programs.

Admissions Coordination (20%)
- Assist applicants through the admission process including counseling, documentation, and orientation.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Provide regular reporting on application trends, conversion rates, and market feedback.

Market Research and Strategy (10%)
- Monitor competitor activities and propose strategies to improve outreach effectiveness.
- Analyze market trends and student preferences to inform recruitment strategies.
- Participate in periodic reviews and contribute ideas for BD growth.

OTHERS:
Other responsibilities as assigned by the Business Development Manager or Director. The position requires agility, creativity, and a results-driven mindset aligned with KFA’s values and goals.
