Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and competitive Sales Executive to join our Kathmandu office. In this full-time, on-site role, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

This role is perfect for someone energetic, ambitious, and passionate about driving growth in the tech, education, and HR sectors.


Key Responsibility

Identify and acquire new clients across local and international markets

Generate leads through outbound sales efforts (cold calling, networking, referrals)

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and demos

Collaborate with internal teams to design customized solutions for clients

Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Provide market insights and customer feedback to inform product and marketing strategies

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM systems

Stay informed about industry trends and competitors


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition
  • Minimum 2+ years in outbound international sales
  • Prior experience in tech, education, financial services, or HR industries is highly preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English required)
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Knowledge or passion for the tech industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
