Position Overview

We are seeking dynamic Business Development Officers to promote our hospital services and forge strategic partnerships with healthcare providers in assigned regions. The role involves direct engagement with hospitals, clinics, polyclinics, doctors, and medical professionals to enhance service visibility and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Service Promotion:
Visit hospitals, clinics, polyclinics, and doctors in assigned areas to promote the medical college’s hospital services (e.g., specialized treatments, diagnostics, emergency care).
Educate stakeholders about advanced facilities, technology, and patient-care initiatives.
Partnership Development:
Build and maintain partnerships with healthcare providers for referrals and collaborative programs.
Coordinate with clinics and doctors to organize health camps, workshops, or awareness drives.
Community Engagement:
Conduct meetings with ambulance drivers, medical staff, and local communities to strengthen trust and service adoption.
Address queries about hospital services and patient benefits.
Reporting:
Track outreach activities, partnerships, and feedback.
Submit weekly reports on progress and challenges.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in BPH, B.Pharma, or BSc. Nursing.
Transportation: Must own a 2-wheeler with a valid driving license (extensive travel required).
Skills:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals.
Proficiency in Nepali and English (spoken and written).
Experience: Prior experience in healthcare marketing, medical liaison roles, or community outreach (preferred).
