Job Title: Partnership Specialist
Location: Kathmandu, Nepal
Experience: 1–3 years (preferably in the education/study abroad sector)
Employment Type: Full-time 9 am to 6 pm local time (Remote)
Salary range: 58,000 NPR-62,000 NPR
About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Partnership Specialist to join our team in Kathmandu. This role is ideal for someone with experience in the education or study abroad sector who can build and nurture strong relationships with institutions, agents, and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and onboard new education partners, including universities, colleges, and study abroad agents.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners to ensure mutual growth and satisfaction.
- Coordinate partnership agreements, track performance, and ensure compliance with internal and external policies.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to support joint campaigns and initiatives.
- Assist in organizing partner-focused events, workshops, and webinars.
- Stay updated on global education trends and competitor activities to inform partnership strategies.
- Provide regular reports on partnership status, opportunities, and challenges.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or student recruitment within the education/study abroad industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree (preferred in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field).
- Familiarity with the Nepalese education ecosystem and international study destinations.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of international education systems (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, etc.)
- Fluency in English and Nepali
- Experience working with CRM or partner management tools
