This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Kathmandu. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing growth strategies, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include market research, proposal writing, client meetings, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and reporting on business development activities.
- Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong skills in Market Research, Proposal Writing, and Strategic Planning
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the HR industry is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
