With over 25 years of experience in hospitality, management, and IT in Nepal and abroad, our team designs products to address the key challenges in the hospitality industry.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Kathmandu. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and meeting sales targets. The individual will also be tasked with analyzing market trends, developing sales proposals, and providing feedback to the product development team.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales management, business development, and client relationship management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry and cloud-based technology solutions
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
