Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Management: Lead and mentor a team of education consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Student Conversion & Counselling: Personally handle student conversions, providing expert guidance on course selection, university applications, visa processes, and financial planning.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with educational institutions, agents, and other stakeholders.
- Market Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to expand Siec Education’s presence in Nepal, increasing brand awareness and market share.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), adjusting strategies as needed to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in business development or sales, preferably within the overseas education industry.
- Leadership: Proven track record in leading and managing teams to achieve business goals.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Nepali; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and student needs to inform business strategies.
- Networking: Established network within the education sector, including relationships with universities, colleges, and educational agents.
- Cultural Sensitivity: Understanding of Nepalese education system and student aspirations for studying abroad.
