Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager located in Bāgmatī, Nepal.
We are seeking a dynamic and performance-driven Key Account Manager to lead business growth from our existing client base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key onboarded clients, maximizing revenue opportunities, and ensuring consistent client satisfaction. This role blends client relationship management with a strong focus on sales generation, campaign volume growth, and strategic upselling.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key clients.
- Understand each client’s marketing needs and align agency services to fulfill those needs effectively.
- Drive revenue growth from existing clients by increasing campaign volumes, upselling new services, and identifying additional business opportunities.
- Coordinate closely with internal departments (Creative, Digital, Media) to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of campaigns and services.
- Set and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets based on the potential of each assigned account.
- Maintain a strong feedback loop with clients to ensure satisfaction and renewal of retainers or campaigns.
- Track and report account performance, client growth, and retention metrics regularly.
- Identify scope for innovation, new ideas, and campaign concepts that can be pitched to existing clients.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely billing and payment follow-ups.
- Proven experience in client servicing, account management, or business development in an advertising, media, or marketing agency.
- Strong sales acumen with a knack for identifying client potential and driving conversion.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Proficient in preparing proposals, reports, and campaign presentations.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, brand campaigns, and content strategy is a plus.
