Job Description

Job Title: Area Sales Manager

Business Unit: Brij Glass Industries P. Ltd.

CTC Salary: 40-45k (including SSF contribution), Communication, Fuel Allowance, Repair and Maintenance Allowance

Workstation: Hattisar, Kathmandu


Key Responsibilities:


Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and collection targets.

● Lead, support, and mentor the area sales team including Sales Associates and Assistants. Ensure team members meet performance expectations and are equipped with the necessary tools and training.

● Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and dealers. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely communication and service.

● Identify and develop new business opportunities nearby places. Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs and gather market intelligence.

● Monitor outstanding payments and work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure timely collections.

● Prepare and submit sales and collection reports regularly. Provide insights on customer feedback, competitor activity, and market trends.

● Gather feedback from customers regarding product quality (especially glass products), and coordinate with the production and quality control teams for improvements.

● Support the planning and execution of local sales promotions, schemes, and customer engagement programs to increase brand visibility and sales.

● Analyze sales data and performance metrics to track territory growth and make data-driven decisions.

● Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing structures, and business ethics. Coordinate with logistics, finance, and other departments for smooth operations.

● Perform any additional duties assigned by the Supervisor.


Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

● Must have at least 5 years of experience in the glass, construction industry.

● Strong understanding of the glass industry, project sales cycles, and customer needs.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients .

● Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written

● Motivated, driven attitude.

● Sales-driven, results-driven, and target-driven attitude..
